Our 1100-square-foot condo is the ideal vacation spot with two large, equally sized bedrooms with private ensuites. (1 walk in shower, 1 bathtub). Opening onto the central courtyard, the condo provides easy access to the hot tub and pool area. The large west-facing private patio includes a large covered area with privacy/sunscreen and is the perfect place for morning coffee or afternoon happy hours. Our complex is located in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale and boasts one of the largest resort-style pools in the area. We are within walking distance to the numerous cafes, restaurants, bars + more. The condo has a centralized climate control system managed by the HOA, which provides air conditioning during the warmer months (early spring to late fall) and forced-air heating in the winter. For added comfort and flexibility, we also provide portable air conditioners and space heaters on site.

Alicia’s condo was very spacious and clean. Had a beautiful patio space and great amenities. Alicia was amazing at letting us check in a hour early and great communication throughout our stay. We absolutely loved our birthday vacation at Alicia’s place! It had a warm atmosphere and a phenomenal pool area! The pool was quiet which allowed for lots of much needed relaxation. The place was decorated beautifully which truly added to us feeling like we were on a luxury vacation! Alicia responded to any questions we had within 5 minutes of sending a message… she is truly a phenomenal communicator! There were plenty of dishes, every appliance we needed + more, the beds felt like falling into a cloud, and the AC kept us perfectly cool for the hot weather we had! We were about a 10 minute walk to old town Scottsdale which made it just that much better! The grocery store and TJMaxx across the street were a huge bonus too!! The welcome manual explained everything you could think to ask. I would recommend this place to anyone! We will definitely be back.

Alicia’s home is beautiful and perfectly curated to make you feel right at home. It’s such a stylish space and so cozy. She offers all the essentials plus more for her guests. I loved the additional touches of items guests may need to make their stay more comfortable and convenient. She has yoga mats, toiletries and feminine products, reusable tote bags, pool accessories, etc. Our favorite part of the house was definitely the outdoor patio area. It’s the perfect set up to dine outside in the sun, lounge in the shade and enjoy the weather or capture some beautiful photos against the grass wall backdrop . She was very responsive, attentive, and accommodating to our needs. I will definitely be booking with Alicia again on our next trip to Scottsdale.

Well decorated and maintained unit! Generously stocked with supplies, too. Great location walkable to a grocery store, Fashion Square, and the Scottsdale nightlife. Alicia was quick, proactive, and communicative with us and even rearranged the cleaning schedule so we could check out late for our afternoon flight. Highly recommend for an easy place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Alicia's place! We've stayed at many Airbnbs, and Alicia's kitchen was by far the **best equipped** — the quality of the **pots, pans, and utensils** was outstanding. The condo is 13 miles (approx. 15 min drive) from the Sky Harbour Airport (PHX) and 32 miles (approx. 40 min drive) from the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport (AZA). There are an assortment of restaurants, coffee shops, a grocery store and Tesla chargers directly across the street. A designated parking spot is conveniently located near the entry, and Ubers are easily accessible.
