Our 1100-square-foot condo is the ideal vacation spot with two large, equally sized bedrooms with private ensuites. (1 walk in shower, 1 bathtub). Opening onto the central courtyard, the condo provides easy access to the hot tub and pool area. The large west-facing private patio includes a large covered area with privacy/sunscreen and is the perfect place for morning coffee or afternoon happy hours. Our complex is located in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale and boasts one of the largest resort-style pools in the area. We are within walking distance to the numerous cafes, restaurants, bars and more. The condo has a centralized climate control system controlled by the HOA, providing air conditioning during the warmer months (early spring to late fall) and forced-air heating during the winter.
